2010 Grand Hall/ Mezzanine Fee Schedule
 
The Chateaux was designed and build in 1998 to graciously host events of 50 to 350 seated guests(up to 450 cocktail style). The Grand Hall features over 6500sq feet of event space, with a dramatic, wrought iron staircase leading to the 1500sq foot mezzanine. Homecomings and Quincenieras are limited to 200 guest maximum.
 
Facility Fee Includes: *Free event planning assistance. *Exclusive use of our facility, grounds, and patios for up to 100 *One event manager on site *Customized room set up *Tables and chairs (Gray padded banquet chairs indoors) *Base Linens using an 85''sq linen on 5'rd guest tables (seats 8-10), floor length linens on up to 8 axillary tables (in 15 colors), and napkin *White Chaircovers (ivory $1.50 each) *Place Setting Package: (dinner plate, dessert plate, 2 forks, and a knife) *Unlimited ice, soda, and glassware *Luxurious bride and groom's changing rooms *Decor including white pillar columns, easel, lighted garland on all railings and staircase *The flexibility to choose your own licensed, insured, approved caterer, and other vendors or chose one of our inclusive packages *Provide your own alcohol

Ceremony Fee (ceremony is optional, not part of the facility fee)..............$650
Includes: an extra 1/2 hour of event time (added to the end of evening events/ to the beginning of daytime events), a one hour rehearsal with professional ceremony coordination (scheduled on availability), your choice of ceremony locations: Grand Hall or outdoor garden gazebo, customized set up, and unity candle table. The Chateaux sound system may NOT be used, or plugged into, for ceremony and/or reception music.
Additional Guest Charge
Based on final number of guests' the client confirms by final RSVP date, unless more guests are in attendance.
Over #100 Guests.........................................$17 pp
*Take $3pp off facility fee & any additional guest charge, if no chaircover is needed.

Additional Time.............................................$300 per hour
Additional event time is available at the end of evening events. Daytime events may add extra time with prior approval.
Versailles Room (Lower Level).................$300/ hour..............$500/ Entire Event
A nice option for  "cocktail hour",during Grand Hall room layout change, following ceremonies, and/or for supervised childcare.
Additional Event Manager..............................$50 per hour   (minimum of 3 hours)
If you feel that you would like additional assistance during your set up and/or event.
 
**Kosher Events will be assessed an additional fee (includes additional event manager)...........................$500
*** Events with newly approved (non-vendor list) caterers will be assessed $200 additional event manager charge.
 
  • New Years eve is always priced at the Saturday rate.
  • Monday-Friday All-Day does not include ceremony fee.
  • A $750 ($1500 for all day events) booking fee/security deposit and a signed contract are required to firmly secure your date and guarantee ALL fees. This deposit is held over and above the other fees, and refunded, less damages, two weeks following your event. The full facility fee is due 6 months prior to your event date.
  • Gratuities for our staff are never required. However, if you feel that your event manager has done a superior job, gratuities are always appreciated.
